We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to everything in the downtown area. We were able to easily explore the vibrant city and had plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautiful decoration in the common area and a restaurant and breakfast room located near the swimming pool, providing a lovely view. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar, added to our comfort and convenience. The rooms were soundproofed and had a sitting area, allowing us to relax and unwind after a busy day.

This hotel is perfect for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel’s central location is so convenient, I could walk to all the bars and restaurants I wanted to try. The room was very comfortable and clean with great shower pressure. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a nice variety of options.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't very strong and sometimes I had trouble connecting. the gym was closed during my stay which was a bit disappointing.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the hotel facilities, including the poolside restaurant, were great. Additionally, the parking lot was spacious, which was a big plus for me as I was traveling by car.

The breakfast at Ritz Plaza was a great start to our day in Juiz de Fora. We had plenty of options to choose from, and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, ensuring we had a peaceful stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and excellent location. I had a positive experience at Ritz Plaza.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the beautiful decor of the common areas and the view of the restaurant and breakfast area near the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which added to a pleasant stay. the hotel's location was very convenient and close to various bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

One negative aspect was the poor presentation of the restaurant's food, which took a long time to be delivered. I wouldn't recommend eating here except as a "can't go out" scenario.
